Instructions

Toast the oat flakes and roughly chopped walnuts in a dry non-stick pan over medium heat until golden and fragrant, about 4 minutes.

Stir the skyr and maple syrup together in a mixing bowl and divide between two bowls.

Halve the strawberries on a cutting board with a paring knife. Top the skyr with the strawberries, the raspberries and the warm oat-walnut crunch.
