Soya bean immature (edamame) rawin the pod
1 pinch
Common salt/table salt
Instructions

Bring two fingers of water to a boil in a saucepan and set a steamer basket on top.

Steam the edamame in their pods for 6-7 minutes until the beans slip out easily.
3
Toss hot with the salt and serve straight away — squeeze the beans from the pod to eat.
