Instructions

Put the oat flakes, chia seeds and ground linseed into a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of cinnamon if you like.

Add the skimmed-milk yogurt, almond drink and maple syrup and stir until evenly combined.

Divide the mixture between two mason jars, close them and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).

Just before serving, top with the blueberries and the walnuts.
Notes
Keeps for up to three days in the fridge, so you can prepare several jars at once and cover half the training week.
