Sesame oil
40 ml
Soya sauce

Garlic raw≈ 15 g

Maple syrup

Rice parboiled, raw

Beef roastbeef (loin) rawthinly sliced

Ginger root raw
Instructions

Cook the rice in a saucepan according to the packet. Slice the beef paper-thin against the grain on a cutting board with a carving knife; cut the broccoli into small florets and mince the garlic and ginger.

Heat half the sesame oil in a wok until smoking and sear the beef in two batches, 1-2 minutes each, with a wok spatula. Remove.

Stir-fry the broccoli in the remaining oil for 3 minutes with a splash of water. Add garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, return the beef, pour in the soy sauce and maple syrup and toss until glossy.

Serve immediately over the rice.
