Almond drink unsweetened
1 pinch
Common salt/table salt

Cashew nut

Quinoa white, raw
20 ml
Maple syrup
200 g
Mango raw
1 pinch
Cinnamon ground
Instructions

Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water in a fine-mesh sieve to wash off the bitter coating.

Bring the quinoa, almond drink and a pinch of salt to a boil in a saucepan, then simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring now and then with a wooden spoon, until thick and creamy. Stir in a pinch of cinnamon.

Meanwhile dice the mango on a cutting board with a santoku knife and toast the cashews in a dry non-stick pan until golden.

Sweeten the porridge with the maple syrup, divide between two bowls and top with mango and cashews.
