Instructions

Finely dice the turkey breast, ginger and garlic on a cutting board with a santoku knife; shred the carrots with a grater. Separate the iceberg lettuce into whole cup-shaped leaves.

Heat the sesame oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the turkey with ginger and garlic for 5 minutes with a wok spatula, add the carrot and the soy sauce and toss for 2 more minutes.

Spoon the hot filling into the lettuce cups, scatter with sliced spring onions and dot with chilli sauce. Eat with your hands.
